Welcome to Brain Blitz — a lightning-fast decision-making game where you answer ethical dilemmas under time pressure. We respect your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data.

Short version: We do not collect, sell, or share any personal data with third parties. All game data is stored locally on your own device.

We collect no personal information. Specifically:

• We do not require you to create an account.
• We do not collect your name, email, or any identifying information.
• We do not use cookies or tracking technologies.
• We do not collect IP addresses or location data.
• We do not use analytics services (Google Analytics, etc.).

10 Second stores the following data locally on your device using browser localStorage:

• Username — the name you enter (optional, stays on your device only)
• Game results — your scores, personality types, and stats
• Achievements — badges you have unlocked
• Streak data — your daily play streak count
• Level & XP — your current rank and experience points
• Settings — sound preferences, timer settings

📱 This data never leaves your device. It is not sent to any server. You can clear it anytime by clearing your browser's localStorage or uninstalling the app.

We do not integrate with any third-party services that collect data, including:

• No advertising networks
• No social media tracking pixels
• No crash reporting tools
• No payment processors (the game is completely free)

We use DiceBear (dicebear.com) to generate avatar images. Your avatar seed is your username — no personal data is sent; only a text string is used to generate a cartoon image.

10 Second is intended for users aged 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. Since we collect no data at all, the game is safe for all ages, but parental guidance is recommended for younger players due to some mature ethical dilemma themes.

Since we store no personal data on our servers, there is no data for us to delete, modify, or provide. However, you have full control over your local data:

• Access: All data is visible in your browser's localStorage
• Delete: Clear localStorage or uninstall the app to remove all data
• Portability: Data exists only on your device in JSON format

Since no data is transmitted to external servers, there is no risk of data breaches from our side. Your game data is as secure as your own device.

We may update this policy if new features require data handling. Any changes will be reflected with an updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of the game after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
