These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Brain Blitz (the "Game"), a browser-based and installable web application. By accessing or using the Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

10 Second is a free-to-play ethical dilemma game where players make decisions under time pressure. The Game presents hypothetical scenarios and analyzes decisions to produce a personality result.

• The Game is provided free of charge with no in-app purchases
• Available as a web app and installable PWA on supported devices
• Contains 300+ ethical dilemma scenarios for entertainment purposes
• Personality results are for entertainment only — not psychological assessments

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Game. Some ethical dilemma scenarios may contain mature themes (moral conflicts, hypothetical harm, etc.). Players under 18 should have parental consent.

You agree to use the Game only for lawful, personal entertainment purposes. You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or modify the Game
• Use automated tools (bots) to play the Game
• Attempt to circumvent any security measures
• Use the Game to harass or harm others
• Claim ownership of the Game or its content
• Reproduce or redistribute the game content commercially

All content in 10 Second — including but not limited to the game design, scenarios, artwork, logo, sounds, and code — is the property of the developers and is protected by copyright law.

The 300+ ethical dilemma scenarios are original content created for this Game. You may share your results for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

The Game is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, expressed or implied. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Accuracy of personality results (entertainment only)
• Compatibility with all devices or browsers
• Availability at all times

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game, including:

• Loss of game data (stored locally on your device)
• Emotional distress from scenario content
• Technical issues on your device

The ethical dilemma scenarios in 10 Second are hypothetical and fictional. They are designed for entertainment and self-reflection. They do not represent our views or endorse any particular ethical position. Personality results are algorithmic and not professional psychological assessments.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the Game at any time without notice. New features, scenarios, or changes may be added. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
